Lisa joins RMHC‑San Diego as the organization’s first Director of Family Support Services, leading the development of social‑emotional support programs for families staying at our House. She brings more than 25 years of experience in child development, family systems, and child and family therapy across school‑based and community mental health settings nationwide. Most recently, Lisa spent nine years as Program Director of the Comprehensive Assessment and Stabilization Services (CASS) program at New Alternatives, Inc., where she built a countywide program for foster youth and families. A San Diego native, Lisa earned degrees from UC Santa Barbara and The Ohio State University and completed advanced clinical training at Yale University’s Child Study Center.
