Chase “Chip” Smith joined us in March 2025. With over 13 years’ experience, Chip oversees the maintenance and improvements of our facilities, including safety training and emergency preparedness. Chip earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. Outside of work, Chip likes to play softball, boat, camp, fish, go off-roading, and play with his dog. He is a new chicken farmer as well!
