Eric Eastham is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for The Familie, an agency representing top talent in sports, music, art, and media with offices in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Los Angeles, and Nashville. A certified NFL agent since 2018, Eric founded ALIGN Sports Management—later acquired by The Familie—to support and protect players in all aspects of their careers. Previously, he practiced law at the Boston-based firm Mintz, representing clients in licensing, intellectual property, and litigation matters. Eric first served on the Philanthropy Committee before joining the Board of Trustees. He lives in North San Diego County with his three children.
