Individual Giving
We are grateful to the many individuals who support families with a hospitalized child. Our Giving Circles program celebrates the generosity of individuals who raise or give $1,000 or more in a calendar year.
Ways to Partner
Here are just a few ways San Diegan’s are making a difference for hospitalized children and their families:
Meal
Services
Annie Kunz, Olympic athlete, helped prepare and serve warm meals, giving comfort to families after long hospital days.
Event
Volunteerism
The Meredith family, former House guests, give back by volunteering for Red Shoe Day.
Estate Gifts
Maria Alfaro-Krick included the House as a beneficiary of her estate, ensuring a lasting impact on families for years to come.
Monthly Donations
Recurring donations are a great way to show your support throughout the year.
Give from an IRA
The Abrams donate part of their required minimum distribution from their IRA each year after their son and daughter-in-law stayed at the House while their grandson was in the hospital for 2 years.
Naming Opportunities
The Goldberg family showed their support for family care with a gift to the House.
Give from a DAF
The Baughn’s regularly donate from their Donor Advised Fund to our Ronald McDonald House. They strongly believe in the mission and vision of the House and will continue to support the essential services that the house provides to those families in need.
