Imagine the moment when a hospitalized child is finally reunited with family, finding comfort amid illness and no longer separated by miles or commutes. Such moments are the spirit of San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House. Yet for all too many, these longed-for moments together are out of reach. Dozens of families are on our wait list each night, hoping for a room that can keep them close to their child. Now is our moment to give these families a new reality. Together, through Imagine the Moment: The Campaign for San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House, we will give more families the home away from home they so urgently need.

A 50% increase in our capacity! Will provide 9,500 additional nights of lodging each year to families with a critically ill or injured child in the hospital

Offer around-the-clock social worker support for resident guest families through our new program.
Building for our Future
Grow our endowment fund to provide annual operating support for a variety of key programs to help foster financial sustainability and advance innovative programs.
