Red Shoe Day was an inspiring morning of community and philanthropy, raising money to keep families close at San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego!
On Wednesday, May 21, over 800 amazing volunteers spread out at intersections across San Diego to collect donations from morning commuters. Dressed in red, holding signs and big red shoes, these volunteers brought smiles from passing cars and raised valuable funds in support of keeping families with hospitalized children close, when it matters most.
We have raised over $157,000 through sponsorships and online donations! Stay tuned for intersection totals to be announced in the coming weeks!
