Through a partnership with Head Start, younger children may attend preschool at a nearby location.

How to Stay With Us

Step 1

Begin by contacting a social worker where your child is hospitalized, who will assess your lodging and other non-medical needs.

Step 2

Your social worker submits a referral form, after which Guest Services will confirm your reservation if a room is available and schedule your check-in.

Step 3

Once you arrive at the house, our team will provide you with an electronic keycard for your room, a brief orientation and a tour to ensure you have everything you need during your time with us.

Can my other children stay at the House with me?

Yes. Prospective guests under age 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Unaccompanied minor parents of a hospitalized child must also be registered by their legal parent or guardian.

What is the conduct of the House?

All guests are expected to empathize, understand, and be tolerant of other people’s beliefs, backgrounds, and cultures. Only those families who have the ability to function in a communal environment may stay at the House.
