The Fowler Family Care Center is the heart of our House and a lasting investment in care for families. The naming honors Ron and Alexis Fowler’s extraordinary $6.25 million challenge gift and their leadership in helping care at our House grow deeper and stronger.
Their investment is advancing Imagine the Moment—a campaign focused on strengthening the care families rely on today while ensuring it endures for years to come.
From Listening to Action
At the April 30 unveiling, Ron Fowler spoke about meeting families whose children were facing long hospital stays and listening to what those journeys can feel like.
While staying close to a child’s medical care is critical, those conversations revealed something more: families also need emotional support, steadiness, and guidance as they face exhaustion, fear, and uncertainty.

To help move this vision forward, Ron and Alexis Fowler established the Fowler Family Challenge, committing $6.25 million in support of Imagine the Moment and inviting the community to join them in shaping the future of care at our House.
A key focus of this effort is the development of Family Support Services, designed to expand care beyond lodging alone. These services will offer families professional emotional support and practical guidance from diagnosis through treatment and into the transition home.
