Meal Service During COVID-19
Free meals at San Diego's Ronald McDonald House help to sustain families in the round-the-clock care of their hospitalized children. With COVID-19, we’ve had to pause our usual volunteer-led counter service. Yet the need for meals hasn’t ended, especially for those with the most critically-ill children, whose treatments can’t wait.

To-Go Meal Service
During COVID-19, we're providing pre-packaged meals for lunch and dinner. Families pick up a boxed entree item along with a paper bag that contains a bottled drink, utensils, napkin and a cookie or some type of sweet. We’re serving over 200 to-go meals daily.
Ways to Help Nourish Families at the Ronald McDonald House
Give online: It’s easy to make an online gift for meals. We’ll apply your gift to where it’s needed most urgently for meals.
Donate To-Go Containers: We're going through a lot of containers, and our supplies need frequent replenshing! Purchase much-needed containers from our Amazon Wish list and have them delivered to our House.
Donate Snack and Breakfast Items: We welcome donations of packaged items to put in the snack bags, such as commercially packaged cookies, chips, granola bars, and fruit chews, as well as breakfast to go items. Please call Krysten Conn at 858-598-2430 to arrange curbside drop off during business hours.
DONATE SNACK AND BREAKFAST ITEMS
Want to cater to-go meals, or order a hot meal for in-House families? It’s a great way to support your favorite restaurants, too! Individually boxed servings work best, but we can also repackage restaurant half pans on site. Please contact Krysten Conn at 858-598-2427 for arrangements.
