As students returned to school this fall, children whose families are staying at San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House were welcomed to our on-site School Away From School. Through a partnership with the San Diego Unified School District, students ranging in age from transitional kindergarten to grade 12 are able to receive classroom instruction at the House.
Teachers Evan and Khadidja kicked off the new school year in August. Their compassion and dedication create an environment of hope and resilience for our young scholars.
