Dear Friends,
Tonight, like every other night of the year, our “home away from home” will be at capacity with more than 50 families staying the night with us so they may be close to their critically ill child next door. Your San Diego Ronald McDonald House will be here to serve these families, though today’s uncertainties add new challenges almost every day.
While we’ve closed day-use of our House and instituted social distancing for those staying with us, we are now providing more than 200 to-go meals free of charge daily. We are working with our hospital partners to be sure these moms and dads stay close and remain active “partners in care” for their child.

I’m truly grateful to witness so many acts of kindness and generosity, here at our House and in our community. In fact, I look forward to celebrating with you when we all get through these trying times together.
