Red Shoe Crew is a student-led outreach program that promotes leadership, empathy and community to benefit families who use San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House during their child’s treatment far from home. Imperial Valley families make up around 25% of families at San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House.
Red Shoe Crew Does Red Shoe Day!
Red Shoe Crew IV schools are holding Red Shoe Day events at their schools! Now in its tenth year, Red Shoe Day IV brings out hundreds of volunteers at key businesses and intersections around Imperial Valley. These volunteers greet commuters and collect donations during morning drive time, all to help Imperial Valley families with seriously ill or injured children. Students will have an opportunity to collect donations during their school’s parent drop off along with other educational activities to learn more about the House and the services provided to our families.

A School donation site will be set up for each school.
Donors making gifts online will receive a tax deduction letter for their records.
